External Refurbishment, Castleton Court W2

External refurbishment of two Grade II listed properties in central Paddington. Works included a scaffold to the front and rear elevations, full roof re-felting, installation of new coping stones and application of a new asphalt surface to the portico balcony with lead drip edges. Further works comprised re-rendering, brick repointing, Heli-bar installation and masonry repairs. Rotten timber sections to windows and doors were replaced, followed by full external decoration of all masonry, joinery and metalwork.
