External refurbishment of a Grade II listed property located next to Hyde Park. Works included full scaffolding, brick cleaning, repointing to the front elevation, roof repairs with lead and tile replacement, asphalt renewal to the front balcony, window repairs and replacements. The project was completed with a full exterior redecoration.
