No. Our focus is on planned programmes of work rather than reactive maintenance or small repair jobs. This allows us to provide the level of project management and coordination required for larger, more complex schemes.

What areas do you cover?

We work exclusively across Central London, including Paddington, Bayswater, Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster, Marylebone and the surrounding areas.

We work with managing agents, surveyors, estate managers, resident management companies (RMCs), right to manage companies (RTMs) and freeholders.

Absolutely. Many of our projects involve several different workstreams, such as roofing, brickwork, joinery and external redecoration. We coordinate all contractors and trades under a single programme to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

We have extensive experience working on residential apartment buildings, mansion blocks, mixed-use developments and period properties throughout Central London, including Grade II listed buildings.

Clear communication and careful planning are at the heart of every project. We work closely with managing agents and residents throughout the programme, providing regular updates and ensuring works are organised as efficiently as possible.

Yes. We deliver a wide range of roof works, from targeted repairs through to full roof replacement projects as part of larger planned maintenance programmes.

The duration depends on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller programmes may take a few weeks, while larger refurbishment and restoration projects can run for several months. We provide a detailed programme of works before each project begins.

We combine experienced project management, trusted specialist contractors and clear communication to deliver major works programmes efficiently and professionally. Our focus is on protecting and enhancing residential buildings across Central London while making the process as straightforward as possible for our clients.
