Orderly Asset Services delivered a comprehensive external refurbishment programme to this Grade II listed residential property in Palace Court, overlooking Hyde Park.

The project required full scaffold access to facilitate a wide-ranging programme of repairs and restoration works designed to protect and preserve the building's historic fabric.

Works included brick cleaning and repointing to the front elevation, restoring the appearance of the masonry while addressing areas of weathering and deterioration. Roof repairs were also undertaken, including the replacement of defective leadwork and roof tiles to improve the building's weather resistance and long-term performance.

Further works included the renewal of the asphalt surface to the front balcony, together with repairs and replacements to windows throughout the property.

The project concluded with a full external redecoration scheme, enhancing the appearance of the building and providing long-term protection to its masonry, joinery and decorative features.
