Orderly Asset Services delivered a comprehensive external refurbishment programme to two Grade II listed residential properties in the heart of Paddington.

The project involved full scaffold access to both the front and rear elevations, enabling a wide-ranging programme of repairs and restoration works designed to protect and enhance the long-term condition of the buildings.

Works included full roof re-felting, the installation of new coping stones and the application of a new asphalt surface to the portico balcony, complete with lead drip edges to improve weather protection and drainage.

Extensive building fabric repairs were also undertaken, including re-rendering, brick repointing, HeliBar reinforcement and masonry repairs. Timber repairs to windows and doors were carefully carried out where deterioration had occurred, preserving the character of the original joinery wherever possible.

The programme concluded with a full external redecoration scheme covering masonry, joinery and metalwork, restoring the appearance of the properties while helping to protect them from future deterioration.

The completed project has enhanced the condition, appearance and longevity of these historic buildings while respecting their listed status and architectural character.
