Orderly Asset Services delivered a comprehensive internal refurbishment programme for a residential building in Queens Gardens, W2.

The project focused on enhancing the appearance, functionality and safety of the building's communal areas through a carefully coordinated programme of works.

Works included electrical upgrades, the design and construction of a bespoke fire-rated services cabinet by our in-house joinery team, specialist restoration of existing metalwork, full internal redecoration and complete carpet replacement throughout the common parts.

Particular attention was paid to the quality of finishes and the coordination of multiple trades to ensure works were completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents.
